Final Sale...finally!

To give them a future he has to take away their past...

Thrust into a new reality, Daniel desperately seeks the one person who is supposed to have all the answers, but when he finally finds the mysterious magician, he quickly realizes The Great Magnifio is nothing more than a stylish con man.

With only a letter and a handful of clues, Daniel is in a race to uncover the truth and discover a way to save Mary and the others. However, a sinister revenge is being plotted behind his back and with his own existence in the balance every action may cause his own demise. Knowing the trick spoils the magic, but Daniel is running out of hope...and time.

Publishing this final part of the Night Shift trilogy is bitter

sweet. These characters have been with me the longest, and in a

way they taught me how to write. It has always been my intent to

produce a story worthy of the inspiration they have given me.

I started writing this series in March 2009 and finished in

November of the following year. This was my first time writing

anything of this length and I fell in love with the process. The

novels went through two agents, countless editors, and many,

many, like, a lot of revisions. However, the initial thrill of visiting

Willard’s department store never lost its charm for me.

In the end, I decided to self publish the series and was extremely

fortunate to have the wonderful Penelope Jackson edit all three

books for me. She was the editor who took on my very first

published novel, Butterflies Don't Lie so I knew Daniel and the

gang would be in good hands and a good heart.

FINAL SALE is now available on Amazon in paperback and ebook.

Dreading the reunion, he agrees to meet his avatar lover, but at the last moment he reconsiders the arrangement—until he lays eyes on her.

Novel Spotlight: A & B by J.C. Lillis

Thrilled to be putting the spotlight on this one, folks. If you have a teen in your house, know a teen or were a teen, click the BUY IT NOW button on Amazon. You're welcome.

A & B by J.C. Lillis

ABOUT THE BOOK

Eighteen-year-old Barrie Krumholtz is a super-tall optimist hell-bent on a single goal: securing a slot on Pop University, a reality show for singer-songwriters helmed by her #1 musical idol. When she humiliates herself on national TV and loses a spot in the finals to smug balladeer Ava Alvarez, the door to Barrie’s well-hidden dark side swings open.

Never a quitter, she uses her bitter envy of Ava to shape a bold new artistic direction, and people love it. But when Ava ropes her into a secret collaboration, it sparks feelings neither girl expected—feelings that might threaten their creative identities and distract them from their professional goals.

Can love and ambition live side by side? Is happiness an art-killer? They’ll figure it out with the help of a blue guitar named Fernando, a keyboard named Rosalinda, and a few new friends who feel like home.

(Rated R for Rivalry, Romance, and Really Neat Subplot featuring Brandon and Abel from How to Repair a Mechanical Heart.)

WHERE TO GET IT

Amazon
Barnes & Noble
(It’s only available as an ebook right now, but the paperback should be out by January. If you’d like a paper copy, stay tuned for updates!)

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

So about me. I am a veteran of eight tempestuous Internet fandoms, three Catholic schools, and countless crushes on fictional characters. I live in Baltimore with my awesome and patient family and a ragtag band of tropical fish, some of which will probably be dead by the time you read this. I obsess over thrift store art, homemade dollhouses, second-tier 80s sitcoms, koi ponds, retrofuturism, Game of Thrones, Edward Gorey, and peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

My mom still has my first batch of homemade books. I wrote them when I was six or seven, on stapled pieces of construction paper. They were about a family of talking silverware, a gray shoe who lost her mate, and my father’s grim adventures at his office and in “Giantland” (vastly different locales, though in both places he was shouted at by the disembodied head of his boss). I’ve been trying to top the Giantland story ever since. Maybe this will be my year.

Who Will Survive NIGHT SHIFT

Who will survive NIGHT SHIFT?

I’m starting an online campaign to promote an upcoming sale of my young adult mystery, Night Shift. I’m hoping to sell enough copies to fund the publishing costs of the sequel, Black Friday. In order to promote this event, I’m using a platform called Thunderclap to flood Twitter and Facebook with links to the sale.
Thunderclap is a new website that allows people to pledge a Tweet or Facebook message all on the same day—and at the exact time—in order to achieve the maximum effect. It’s kind of like an online flash mob to drive potential readers to check out Night Shift.

Click this link to my Thunderclap page and chose either “Support with Tweeter” or “Support with Facebook” or both! It is completely safe and will automatically post one message on your behalf. Then add your name to the Thunderclap and on July 18th everyone that has signed up will automatically post a link to the message about Night Shift and help spread the word about the sale!

Never underestimate the power of one click! With your help thousands of people will be checking out Night Shift!

Why am I using Thunderclap?

Night Shift is self-published so I’m responsible for paying for the editing services, ebook formatting, and cover design. In addition, I’ve been promoting Night Shift on my own, taking the paperback editions to bookstores to sell on consignment and organizing online contests and giveaways.
With Thunderclap, I have the ability to reach many more potential readers. I’m hoping the spotlight on Night Shift will engage a large enough audience to help me fund the publishing costs of the sequel, Black Friday
I need 100 people to sign up or the Thunderclap won't happen,so click on this link and create some good karma.

Thank you!
